Empty page when download restricted and show license

Hello,

when I use the plugin to show a download for a specific file, and the download is restricted for registered users only, and there is also a licence selected in the download, there is no page displayed for to log in/register, but only an empty page with the footer "powered by Phoca Download". Even a system message is not displayed then. This only works when there is no license selected. Is this intended or is it a bug or did I forget to set up something? I would prefer to show the registration form instead, even when a licence is to be displayed for some download.

Hi, what kind of menu link "telechargement" is - is this a link to categories view or category view?

When there is empty page, check if the category is accessible, if the files are accessible (for groups and users) and if the files are published and approved.

the link is "categories view"
But all categories and files are only for those registered. I would like instead of the empty page one message for login.

Hi, now I understand, you can:

- display the files but when not registered users will click on them, they will be redirected to login (parameter in file edit - display inaccessible files)
- or you can customize the output directly in the code and add some if condition that - if there is no file, then write some specific information message for the user

Hi I have a similar problem with a similar situation. Even if I set Display Inaccessible file to yes, no files are listed if the user is not logged in or is not a member of the Access group. A blank page is displayed as above and the user is NOT redirected to login.

We are using Community Builder.

Hi, not sure if community builder somehow influences this behavior, I think, not.

I am testing now, I get no problem there - try to recheck all the parameters: access, access rights in category, access in file
