kml and zoom level

Hi,

sorry, I am not the first asking this but this topic could obviously not been solved yet...
When using a kml file with a map, unfortunately, the zoom level set in the map's parameters is ignored.
What can I do to change this? Is there a chance to insert the 'preserveViewport' option somewhere?

Hi, the zoom level set in KML, should override the zoom set in maps options. Did you check if the KML includes the zoom level?

unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the zoom level within the kml file itself.
