Download button is not downloading files in category view

Hi,

I've created two categories for download documents for public visitors, and created some files in pdf format asigned to both categories. When public treats to download a file, phocadownload doesn't download anything.

I've assigned to public all categories and all files and not registered users. Preview button works properly, but download button does not.
All my files and folders for these categories are in "images/stories/" folder and have 755 permissions.

Joomla version: 3.4.5

What is wrong ?

Hi Cristine,

Do you mean that is missing .pdf extension on filename? But it isn't the real filename, look at picture below:

I forgot say I have activated the SEO options (see image url):

It may be that SEO settings are interfering with operation of phoca download?

I checked your nice pictures - several times, but I can't find the reason for ..... Sorry about.

Usually the SEO settings should not interfere with operation of phoca download. Nevertheless check again e.g. "Nombre de Archivo", and/or "path"
and/or https://www.phoca.cz/documents/17-phoca- ... e-joomla-3, also "Download Parameters" etc.

The absolute path parameter refers to the installation path for joomla or where folders for unloading, loading and previewing are ?
