Error with Phoca Dowload file

Why when i enable Phoca Dowload file to show latest files obtain this error:

I have installed plugin 3.1.0, but Phoca Download File is a module and NOT plugin. Is it correct? Or module is included in component installation?

I do not know if they followed the guide for migrating phoca downloads.... sorry
However phoca download works well for the rest...
Any suggestion?
