[Solved] Problem with KML overlay rotation

Post by n05f3r47u »

Hello;

I'm using joomla 3.4.5, Phoca Maps Component 3.0.1 and Phoca Maps Plugin 3.0.2. Installed successfully. :twisted:

I can see maps, I can see kml files, but kml overlay is not using rotation parameter from kml tags.
Kml files does not adjust to map.What I should do?

This kml file was made with Google Earth

Thanks in advance;

Hi, the KML is rendered by Google Maps API, so the question is, if the Maps API can render this Google Earth layer :idea:

The KML does have instructions and they are solved by the API, not by the component itself :idea:

After search in Google Maps Documentation, I found that rotation element from KML is not compatible with Maps Api. :x

Final solution was to rotate source image and make a new KML overlay file. :D

Thanks for your help.
