can't go to control planel after installtion

Hy users

i have a problem with my guestbook component

i use this component since a long time and dont often check post or something else

i visited the component yesterday and got an error

i check in my joomla and click on components->guestbook an get an error:

administrator/index.php?option=com_phocaguestbook
500 - View nicht gefunden [Name, Typ, Präfix]: phocaguestbook, html, phocaguestbookView

if i click on guestbooks it works
only the links

Logging
Info

dont work.

I tried to remove the component an install it new
then i removed the new component and install it via ftp
nothing happens

mybe it is important to know
if i install the component new i get also the same error after installing
when i click on component it shows the guestbook

Hi, try to do backup of it and try to remove it completely from the system:

Sometimes, it can happen, that information about extensions in Joomla! table can by incorrect set so this then can help to add them from scratch.

Hi, hmm, which version of Joomla! and Phoca Guestbook do you run. I have tested the problem on both - Joomla! 2.5 and 3 sites and for me the things I have done described in documentation work But it was tested when 404 page was displayed, not when 500.

Are you able to install some test installation on e.g. subdomain - only to test if there is no limit, etc.
