Problem sorting in phocadownload

I have joomla 3.4
updated phocadownload etc to 3.1

I went into phoca component and FILES
I selected "ordering"
I then filtered my files by category

I have my files showing up all over the place in the front end see pics. http://imgur.com/a/wE4jr
In the backend I move them around but doesnt work in the front end. If I refresh the screen in backend, nothing has changed.

I have tried this without filtering but it is intensive since I have several hundred files. With filtering to my category there is only about 20.

I know how to use the two little dots on the left side of the file to move them. I can move them around like I said above but on frontend nothing happens and yes I refresh that as well....smile.

Any ideas?

Hi, hmm, testing now, moving the files just change the ordering of them and they are ordered in frontend normaly

By which method you order in frontend - is the ordering set by ordering (not by name, title, etc. )?

My ordering is set in the backend as ordering descending. I don't see a setting to just say...ordering (custom) etc. there are only two options. ordering ascending or descending.

Hmm, does it mean, you drag and drop the file to other place, it is changed but when you refresh the backend, it is set back?
