Hi,
try to set a new mime type:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Download --> Control Panel --> Options --> Downloads --> Allowed Files Types Download -->
insert this mime type:
{xlsx=application/vnd.ms-excel}
Save & Close
Or set: Ignore File Types Checking=Yes(only Download Parameters)
for testing.
Kind regards,
Benno

Kind regards, ChristineAllowed File Types (Download) - Set allowed file types for frontend download. Default list of filetypes is not complete and should be modified to fit your needs.

Re: Some files seem to be corrupted
Hi,
Sorry, my mistake. The Ignore FileTypes Checking = Yes (only download parameter) parameter is available only in the version Phoca Download v3. Not in v2
Kind regards,
Benno
