Re: Maps not showing in backend or in articles
Maybe it should, but it doesn't. I've got two sites on two different servers that are experiencing the exact same problem. If I enable SSL, the maps in both the front and the back stop appearing. If I disable the SSL, the maps appear without problem.

Re: Maps not showing in backend or in articles
Hi Jan,
I'm having a similar issue to another site where the maps are not showing up in the admin area when setting the coordinates. It was working fine. They are showing in the front. I've turned off cache and deleted it from the site and browser, with no luck.
Any thoughts?
Matt

Hi,
I checked with firebug and the errors are the same as before in this thread back in March.
Blocked loading mixed active content "http://www.google.com/jspai"
ReferenceError: google is not defined.
Then a url to the far right
https://www.kennebecvalleychamber.com/a ... 3&type=map
SSL is enabled in options

Re: Maps not showing in backend or in articles
Hi, now I understand. This is still working for frontend only.
I am planning to add new option in parameters for the backend in next version.

Re: Maps not showing in backend or in articles
I need to be able to make changes to the maps and markers, how can I do this without being able to see the map when setting the coordinates?

Re: Maps not showing in backend or in articles
Hi, when you add coordinates, you can add them manually to the input fields (the map helps you to add them when clicking on the map, but you don't need to use the map, you can just add the values directly)

When do you think you will have this fixed? I've a new site coming up that will need many, many, many maps and markers.

Hi, I will add this feature in next version but for now really cannot say when it will be done. For now you can do a quick change (change from http to https for backend). See similar posts regarding this.
