Stock status ignored

When I set in field "In Stock" value 0, in product view i see "In Stock" provided that I have chosen to be displayed "Out Of Stock" in case when Stock Status (Product = 0).
When the amount is 0 product may again be added to cart.
Is this a bug?

Hi, which settings you have in Options. Is there the stock managing enabled?

Stock Checkout - Yes;
Stock Checking - Yes;
Display Stock Status - Yes

Hi, confirmed, yes, when 0 (zero), wrong status is displayed.

I am working on it now, but it is hard to say when, you find a problem and solution takes some time. So you never know which problem you find and which time it will take
