Phoca shows code instead of download link in frontend

Post by WemmelICT »

Dear Phoca people

I'm creating a new website and I'm stuck with Phoca Download (I also use the Button plugin).

I added files in the component. Now I want to put those files in an article via a Download link. However when I use the download-button and select 'Link to file' -> I select the file i want to link to --> the code gets inserted in the article {phocadownload view=file|id=1|target=s} and I 'save and quit'

PROBLEM: in the frontend my article shows {phocadownload view=file|id=1|target=s} instead of a download-link to the file.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!

I have the same issue:
[yjsgstabsgroup title="Press" active="0"]</p>
<p>{phocadownload view=category|id=82|text=Press|target=s}</p>
<p>[/yjsgstabsgroup]

just displays the code - and I have the plugin installed - joomla 3.4.8 and plugin 3.0.1

Hi,

This is the site that is supposed to go live within a couple of weeks and if you look below the picturegallery you'll see the tabs with the tab "Press" at the end.

Hi,
as its name says
plg_content_phocadownload_v3.1.0.zip
is a content plugin, this means it works insite articles, not outsite.
If it should work outsite an article or within a module see: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... t-articles

Hi Benno!

That made a great step forward! Thanks!

Now I need the image/button to be centered within a box of 250x250px that's transparent to the background.
