There isn´t Phoca name in the Components menu

There isn´t Phoca name in the Components menu

Good day.
I Installed phoca component´s db manualy. Every thing is OK, except of Component menu in the admin control panel.
There isn´t Phoca name in the Components menu.
How can I ad it to the db?

try to install Phoca Download once more. :idea:
