Upgrade from 2.5 to 3

So I've followed the guide that you have, saved off my export, then imported them into the new db, verified everything looks good and matches....but when I go to view the page I get a 404 error

any ideas what may be causing this?

in other words I'm not getting my list of files

my menu setup is fine, my categories are defined, my files are in the phocadownload folder

but I get a redirect error claiming my page cannot be found

Hi, hmmm, this can be somehow related to menu link, maybe to sef - do you get the error when you disable SEF? Do you get some exact error (e.g. when you enable debug mode)?

with SEF off my page redirects to the correct url but the home page is displayed instead of the list of files page. In DEBUG mode the 404 page still appears. Phoca Gallery works just fine after the upgrade....phoca download.joomla seems it cannot translate the page for some reason

found the problem....the table phocadownload_styles was not created in the database....actually your instruction guide to upgrade from 2.5 to 3 doesn't show this one either.

As soon as I created the styles table I was able to view the files...

This is my problem too!
If I make migration to 3.1 can't create phocadownload_styles table.
But if I make a new install do it.

I copy new to my old db, rename prefix and working now.

the style table will be created when installed new version
