Phocadownload file download doesn't work

All,

Untill last week everything worked normal on phocadownload. Last night I installed the latest version (3.1.0.) and all of a sudden documents can't be downloaded anymore f.i. on http://www.twcpijnenburg.nl/vereniging/beleidsstukken

When you either click the file name or the download button actually nothing happens.

Anyone got a clue how to solve this?

Hi, I get no access to your site.

Do you run all the latest versions. Phoca Download component 3.1.0 and Phoca Download File Module 3.1.0?

I'm using Phocadownload 3.1.0. I can't find Phoca Download File Module 3.1.0 in my installation probably because i don't use it on my site.

The fact that you didn't get access to the site was because of a firewall setting. That's solved.

Hi, now I see:

1) try to disable SEF - for test if it will work or not (in global configuration)

2) try to set direct link for some file, if the direct link will work (in edit of file)

3) Are you able to see your php errorLog (on the server), maybe there will be some error listed which can prevent from downloading the files

4) Are you using cache, if yes, try to disable it
