German Translations

in some german language files of Phoca components are some mistakes like:

in de-DE.com_phocaguestbook\de-DE:
PHOCA GUESTBOOK CONTROL PANEL=Phoca Gästebuch Kontroll Center
CONTROL PANEL=Kontroll Center

instead
----
PHOCA GUESTBOOK CONTROL PANEL=Phoca Gästebuch Kontrollzentrum
CONTROL PANEL=Kontrollzentrum

de-DE.com_phocaguestbook.menu.ini
---
COM_PHOCAGUESTBOOK.PHOCA CONTROL PANEL=Kontroll Center

It looks better, I think, if there are in all of these components equal descriptions or headlines a. s. o.
May it be possible to use a central language-mainfile for Phoca components e. g. for syntaxes which are used in all components (CONTROL PANEL= ...)?

Thank you for the fixed file... the problem is if I use the central language strings I get a lot of emails that the strings are missed in the translation file so every string has a Phoca Gallery translation string and it depends on user or language creators how the name the strings (if they will use the same names as in joomla)

Sorry I should be "put" instead of "but".

I don't know what to do with the 2 .ini files from the DE-language pack for the photogallery.

just copy them into :

- language/de-DE/
- administrator/language/de-DE/
