Phoca button plugin insert code can't work

Hello everyone,

I Insert the source code in the editor, and i change to the frontend

only show >> {phocadownload view=filepreviewlink|id=1|previewwidth=640|previewheight=480}

no file, no link, just code.

how to fix it?

maybe this is the reason for:

Phoca Download component and Phoca Downlod Plugin, both need to be installed on your system before using Phoca Download Button Plugin.

  which version of Phoca Download Plugin do you use?
  which version of Phoca Download Button Plugin do you use?
  which Joomla! version do you use?

2.) Are both Plugins enabled in Plugin Manager?
3.) How do you create your articles, with Joomla! Standard Component com_content or with an extern extension?

I use the com_phocadownload_v3.1.0, joomla 3.4 and plg_editors-xtd_phocadownload_v3.1.0

So I should be missing Phoca Download JComments Plugin?

I use the K2 extension to create my articles.

The Phoca Download Plugin must be installed, because it performs the code created by the Button Plugin.

I use the K2 extension to create my articles.

A few years ago there have been often problems with Phoca Content Plugins within articles, created with external extensions (like e.g. K2). But I do not hear anything about that for some time so I think, this should work.

So I should be missing Phoca Download JComments Plugin?

It's made 2009. So I think, it's made for Phoca Download for Joomla v1.5 and therefore it will not work with Phoca Download for Joomla! v3.4. But I'm not sure, I never used it.
