File Not Found message

Hello, I did recently install the latest Phoca Download v3.1.1. I'm making use of Joomla 3.5. I managed to create two categories for storing files and
successfully aded a number of pdf files in both created categories. I linked the Phoca component to a download menu item.
But: when testing whether it works (people can actually download) and can be viewed by visitors the result is that when clicking on the download menu I get the message 'File Not Found'. I cannot seen any vcategory nor pdf file on the frontpage. I overlooked the options several times but cannot discover what is wrong. I guess it must be a setting???

Problem is solved. Had something to do with the rights.
