problem with Chinese file name in downloading

Hi team, I have upload a file with Chinese name to Phoca download and file can be download successfully but the name of file is garbled. much appreciate if someone can provide a solution on how to fix it. thanks in advance....

Hi Jan, it is file name. when I use internet explorer, I encounter the problem, but when I use the Google chrome, not issue, I can see the file name properly. any suggestion? cheers Roy

Hi, the only one idea I have, is the IE does not have support for Chinese language, because if it is OK in chrome, this means, the server should send the filename correctly. When you look at the administration, are the characters OK?
