use URL instead of filename

Hello!

Just a simple question: can i, somehow, use an URL instead of filename when creating a file? What i'm trying to do is create a file that is on *another* server, not a local file in the server -or something i'll upload-.

Hi, just paste this URL to external link input filed and into filename just add the name of this file. Phoca Download is commonly used for downloading external files (files stored on external server)
