Plugin Code Phoca Maps does not work in Joomla Article

Hello..
i have been working on this for hours now.. tryied to find answers in the net. Nothing found, thats why i post here.
First of all thanks for Your superb joomla plugins.. i use the gallery and now maps.

It should be so easy.. copy plugin code in the article.. voila! {phocamaps view=map|id=1}
I used different browsers.. nothing worked.
Map is not displayed in the article.
When i try to display a loadmodule.. that works! {loadmodule mod_custom,testmodul}

i use the actual joomla 3.5.1.. actual JCE-Editor XAMPP and localhost..

What is wrong? What did i not decide?

in addition, if you use this code {phocamaps view=map|id=1} inside an article you also need to install Phoca Maps Plugin.
