Tag not rendering

Hello,
I am running Joomla 2.5.28. I've installed PhocaDownload v2 and PhocaDownload Button v2 Plugin and they're both active. I've created a category, and added a file to it, then added a link to an article.

The tag isn't rendering, though - it's showing as
{phocadownload view=file|id=1|target=s}
on the page.

Cacheing is set to off in the Joomla configuration.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I failed to add the PhocaDownload plugin; I'd only added the extension.
