I would like to put a Danish language pack into Phoca guest book, but where should it lie and how I do. I use FilaZilla and Joomla 3.5
So please help my

Unzip this file local on your pc.
You will find this two files:

Could you please provide a link to the English language packs...specifically to Phoca Download? Mine seem to be corrupted and hoping if I replace it will solve my issue.

just download the current Phoca Download Component package:
https://github.com/PhocaCz/PhocaDownloa ... v3.1.2.zip
Unzip it local on your pc, you will find the:
language/en-GB/
folder with two files inside. This are the English language files.
Just FTP them into your Joomla! language folders:
/language/en-GB/
/administrator/language/en-GB/
