Cannot add a new file

I have an issue with our club website. We use Phoca Download for people to get access to our entry forms and results of our Archery competitions.
I tried to add a new entry form for download this evening, I pressed New, it went to the page and after entering the details (as I have done many times before) including the uploaded PDF file, the save button and all the others including the cancel button do not work. I could only leave the page using the back button on the browser.

The Joomla version is 3.4.1 and as an attempt to fix the issue I upgraded the Phoca Download component to the latest version 3.1.2

Any ideas?

Hi, this seems like some javascript error. Try to see the javascript console, if the javascript error does not prevent from working the buttons:

Excellent I found the issue using the debugger in explorer, it was an issue with the editor, I change to another editor in the global systems settings and it works fine
