Regrading Phoca extensions (Phoca Gallery, Phoca Downoad - opening modal window for selecting files, etc.)

There are two options:

1) Wait for new release of Joomla! 3.6.1

2) Or patch Joomla! to work properly with modal windows:

a) Download this component: https://github.com/joomla-extensions/pa ... r/releases Patch Tester 2.0.1 (Download of ZIP: https://github.com/joomla-extensions/pa ... tester.zip )

b) Install it in Joomla! 3.6 and then go to Components - Joomla! Patch Tester - Click on Fetch Data, find the patch 11097 and click on Apply Patch.

c) Clean the cache in Joomla!, in your browser and login to your Joomla! Now the modal window can be closed in Joomla! 3.6.0

Hi Suan & Doris,

Have been informed, that the ID 11097 in Patch Tester (see screenshot from Jan) at the moment does not exist.
Similar response: "No matching entries". I don't know the reason for.

In previous post I sent 1 file for amendment. I'm sorry, I didn't see, that there are 4 files!

So, you could try it (again): https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/11097/files just to amend as written before: To delete red lines - to insert green lines accordingly.

To check/view the whole file, Klick on: "View"

Kind regards, Christine

Hi Christine .... Sorry typo. I am using Joomla 3.6.2 and not able to select the download checkbox. I have disabled and cleared the Caches. I tried it in Safari and Chrome browsers as well with the same result.

Positive ... I upgraded to 3.6.2 after reading the forum and finding that there was an issue with 3.6.1 I took a screen shot from my website backend but can not find a place to attach it to show you. If it will help PM me and I will send the download link.
