Hi, not sure what you do you exactly mean with "re-create"? The page is standard Phoca Download page - it is a menu link to categories view of Phoca Download.

Hi, try to check if you have disabled this parameter:
Display Main Category Description. If enabled it is displayed instead of subcategories (if there is no description, then it can happen, that no subcategories will be displayed)
