pictures don't work

Hello I have phoca gallery 4.1.2 and joomla 3.4.8

The problem is that uploaded pictures don't display.
The recreation thumbnails button in image section doesn't work.
Also there is thumbnails creation status OFF. Hovewer I can't switch it on anywhere as i can't find PARAMETERS section that used to be in previous Phoca version.

Any ideas what could actually help?

You're using an outdated version of Phoca Gallery and Joomla!

Since Joomla! v1.6 the PARAMETERS section is named Options.
Normally you find the Options tab in the upper right corner of Phoca Gallery Control Panel.
You must be logged in with Super user rights to see this tab.

I have a similar problem. Actually, the same problem. I am using Phoca 4.3.1 and Joomla 3.6.2. I get folder icons instead of thumb nails and just the alt text is displaying for images, but no images.

Hi,
go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Thumbnails --> Thumbnail Generation Settings --> and check if 'Enable Thumbnails Generation' ist set to 'Yes'.
Then go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Images
and create the missing thumbs.

ok, it was already set to yes, regenerated thumbnails, no change. Also note that not even the actual image is displaying. By the way, thanks so much for helping me!

The reason for could be the plugin of lazyload:
