Backup data and access permissions

Hi!
I have a consulting company, and I need a plugin for my web site to create many restricted areas for each user, so that everyone could see only the documents to him reserved.

I installed the component Phoca Download on my website Joomla! v. 3.X and I have created an archive of many files with different levels of access, and it worked perfectly!

Now, for technical reasons, I have to clear the site and start from a new clean installation of Joomla; there is a way to save the data and access permissions to avoid having to re-enter again one by one (maybe saving the part of the database related to phocadownload)?

Hi, I think, the best way will be to export data and files and then import them back:
