I just installed the component and ran into a bit of an issue. I have the max number of downloads of a file per user set to 2, which works great. But when the same user tries to download the file again for a third time, they are automatically logged out. Is there a setting that I'm missing somewhere in the Options?
Joomla V 3.6.2
Phoca V 3.1.2
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
User auto logout after file limit reached.

Re: User auto logout after file limit reached.
Thanks for the reply. Does it normally give a warning message that the download limit is reached? The issue is still happening when visitors click download after they have reached their maximum. Any other assistance is appreciated.

Hi, yes, when the limit is reached, users get the warning message.

Re: User auto logout after file limit reached.
Hi,
I have just tested it again in multiple browsers and get the same result, my user (super admin group) is logged out and no warning message is displayed. I did setup using a Rockettheme template and a specific user group for these users, which is under Registered and in the Login module set the logout screen to be the home page of the site. I also tried creating a Login menu item instead of using a module, which did not make any difference.
Are there any other suggestions you can make of things I can try as it would be great if I could get this resolved? Thank you.

Re: User auto logout after file limit reached.
Hi, I think you need to test step by step which part of your system does the logout (e.g. switch to standard template - for test, disable system plugins - for test, etc.) Phoca Download does not have any feature to login or logout user - it just tests if user is logged in. If yes and users is able to access files, it will download the file. If no, the site will be redirected to login page so user can login. But it does not have any function to manage login of users, it only checks - get inforamation from system (is logged in or is not logged in - not more)
