Phoca simple Plugin doesn´t work

I´ve installed the simple Plugin 4.1.1 in Joomla 3.6.2

When it´s active, i can´t reach the Website "404- Page not found"

If the plugin is disabled the Website is still reachable.

Requirements:
Joomla! 1.7 (stable or any later version)
Phoca Gallery component.

Did you install and configure Phoca Gallery Component?

yes i have.
Just updated to Phoca Version 4.31 but the same result

That's strange. I have just installed Phoca Gallery Simple Plugin in my Joomla! v3.6.2 test environment and it works as expected.
Do you receive any errors?

No Errors, only 404
