cross impact between server side folder rights and commander

Hi,

can someone explain how is the cross impact between server side folder rights and Commander?
(In my case IIS7) I tried to set rights but I can't get the folders&files shown in the Commander in any case.

Hi, with Phoca Commander, you can set the rights which are allowed to set for your PHP. So if you are able to display folders and files by PHP, then you can display them in Phoca Commander. Phoca Commander uses Joomla! framework, so this should be the same for your Joomla! like for Phoca Commander
