Template not available

Hi.
I am a novice user with phoca gallery and I encountered a problem when using the plugin.

When you open an image whatever the chosen type of window detail, the following text appears when opening the new window: "The template is not available for presentation esta Please contact a site administrator.".

I figured I had to do was install any theme, but in doing so (I tested with "invers") continues to happen the same.

Anyone have any idea that I can be doing wrong?

Hi, in Phoca Gallery there is no such error message, maybe it is rendered by some other part of the website (template, system plugin, module)

Can I see the site where this occurs?
