Error adding new file

Hi I just installed Phoca Download on Joomla 1.7.3.

I created a category and tried to add a file. The file uploads and selects fine, but when I try to save it I get:

Notice: Undefined property: PhocaDownloadCpModelPhocaDownloadFile::$id in /home/xxxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_phocadownload/models/phocadownloadfile.php on line 219

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDate::toSql() in /home/xxxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_phocadownload/models/phocadownloadfile.php on line 224

Hi,

Hi I just installed Phoca Download on Joomla 1.7.3.

Joomla 1.7.3 is very old (2011) and due security matters replaced (exchanged) to Joomla 2.5
From where did you get J 1.7.?
current Joomla version is: 3.6.4 including all necessary bug fixes and security releases.

You can't migrate from J 1.7 to J 3.X. Procedure will be: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/jo ... mla_25.htm

After this, migration from J 2.5 to J 3.X should be done. Including security patch for J 2.5.28

start with a new Joomla installation
