Gallery plugin doesntwork

Plugin (and component) version 4.3.1
php 5.5

Plugin enabled, called, see its parameters (I tried var_dump($matches) and there were matches ) but nothing shows

And do you know what?
If I dump $output in the end of plugin I can see The Result

But, there is no any actions to $output !!

I can see in vardump result + undeleted rows {phocagalleries} and in final page I cant see anything
