Phoca Download Tree not showing categories

I have published a Phoca Download Tree module, title is showing but no categories.

have you checked (for testing only) whether this misbehavior also occurs with the Joomla! Standard Template Protostar?

Unfortunately, no. If a template behaves different from the default template (The default template is usually used to develop extensions), you should ask the developer of this template why it behaves different and how to change this misbehavior.
