the hack should work . I will take a look at it if there is e.g. other column name for attributes in VM 1.1.2

I too have tried this hack but nothing. I sell sunglasses and need the extra attributes on the delivery note to show customers the frame size, ophthalmic lenses etc. these appear in normal invoice but not yours???

Also I am not getting the Country appear on the adress boxes.
