Users Permissions - Joomla 3.5.1 - FrontEnd

I did an update in Joomla version (3.5.1) as well as an update Phoca Download.
We had previously registered users. However, when we transfered them to the new platform, we noticed that we had troubles when they tried to get login in the new plataform.
It didn't recognize them.
They all are registered. I looked in the Panel Control and I saw all permissions in "Articles" to Registered Users and Authors as well Super Users and Administrators.
I noticed that Administrators and Super Users doesn't have any kind of trouble to enter by frontend but the same didn't occur to the others users.
The plataform do not recognize them.
May someone help me?

Hi, do you get problem when users login on your page in frontend? I think, this is more a Joomla! question than Phoca Download. As Phoca Download does not use own user management, it just uses the Joomla! one - if user log in, he/she log in in Joomla! with help of Joomla! user management.
