Hi, you need to set absolute path to your folder. You can see the paths in Global Configuration but if you create a folder outside public_html, the path needs to be correct to this folder - you just need to test if it is Ok.

Hi, for correct address of your folder behind public_html you need to ask your webhosting operator, such information is not public so only you or your webhosting operator can find out it.
