Details differently for Files/Images?

Hi,

I'm trying to set up Phoca download as DAM tool. I've enabled FrontEnd Upload and it works well. But not all of the fields can be filled (like Tags). Unfortunately all of the other Details are also not shown in the modal, even if I enter them via the backend.
All of my files habe an author, a licence and a file size but all of the information is only shown for the file I uploaded through the BackEnd.

Both files have the same information stored - but only for one the details are shown completely. How can I change that?

Found it myself (accidentally)
If you enter a description only the description is shown.
If description is empty, all other information is shown.
That's quite unexpected
