phoca download button or phoga gallery button in front end, it don't insert the code

Phoca Download Versión 3.1.2
Phoca Gallery 4.3.4
Joomla! 3.6.5

When I try to use the phoca download button or phoga gallery button in front end, it don't insert the code.
In backend is ok.
When I push the insert code button it redirect to my home page and in firebug say:
InvalidValueError: initialize is not a function (desconocido)
TypeError: window.parent.jInsertEditorText is not a function

which version of Phoca Gallery Button Plugin & Phoca Download Button Plugin do you use?
Which editor do you use?
Just tested with TinyMCE und current Button Plugins without any error...

mmmm, just tested with JCE v2.6.8 also without any errors...
Which JCE version do you use?

I try with TinnyMCE, I try to reinstall the plugin, I try to instal a template for joomla 3.6.5, I try to put another button like Button - RokCandy but always it doesn't inset the code in frond end but in backend is ok.

Hi, what happens when you click on insert button, do you get any javascript error message there? (in javascript console)
