Hi,
After downloading a document from www.elephantvoices.org (uploaded via Phoca Download) I see it in my download-folder with an error-message - "The network connection was lost" - and I cannot open it.
This happens with loads of documents, but only in Safari. I have the last version of Safari - the site is run on the last versions of Joomla and with all extensions updated.
I'm grateful for any advise - have tried to fix this for quite some time. And just to add: It is not only happening on my computer - other visitors experiences the same.

Hi, see similar posts in this forum. Phoca Download does not change the files on the server. It just works between server and user's browser. So when user's browser asks for the file, Phoca Download gives this information to server and then the download happens between server and the user's browser.
