Long link for download

Hello. I have a problem with Phoca Download. Web-site: http://www.[mywebsite].ru. For example,If you open "Main menu/information" and click on the link "download information", then you get link "http://www.[mywebsite]/index.php?option=com_phocadownload&view=category&download=1743:------2016--&id=62:2016-03-02-13-05-48&Itemid=132" and timeout. If you delete ":2016-03-02-13-05-48&Itemid=132", then you get normal link for download. What could be the problem?

Hi, try to see the aliases of your items in Phoca Download - check them from name to some normal alias.

Hello. I try use normal alias in Phoca Download - this method did not help. I check PHOCADOWNLOAD/PHOCADOWNLOAD_USERS. I have warnings in this page: "Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/www/z156110/htdocs/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 344" and "Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/www/z156110/htdocs/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 344". Phoca Download forms not correct link for dowload. What could be the problem?

Hi, enable debug mode to see mysql database error which tells more (e.g. there is missing table or column in some database table)
