Hello!
Is it possible to avoid that a file will be published twice?
For example under files section in admin area i have the same filename called 3 times by different admins..

Hi, sorry, I don't understand? If you have admins and they upload some file to different places and make 3 instances of this file, then it is hard to prevent from this. The system cannot know that the same file in other part of the system is right or wrong
