Secure downloads

I am using Phocagallery and phocacart to set up sales of photos for downloads.
Can I prevent right click on an image from allowing save image?

Hi, see similar posts in this forum (in Phoca Gallery forum). When the user sees the image, it is located on his/her computer, which means you want to prevent users from download images which are already on the user's computer.

But I think for the right click preventing you should see some specific Joomla! extension, some system plugin which cares about all the images on the site, not only in one component.


Mostly when you display images on the site, such are in low quality or have watermarks, etc. The original then are located e.g. in ZIP which can be download for specific users only.
