Hello,
when we use Phoca download we can not save the import to the right directory.
There is an error:
JFolder: : files : Path is no folder. path: /home/geurtsckpfcj01/public_html/public_html/phocadownload/
JFolder: : map : Path is no folder. Pad: /home/geurtsckpfcj01/public_html/public_html/phocadownload/
In the settings we give as download folder "phocadownload"
Any idea what's wrong? I install the latest version again.

Hi, what you mean with "save the import"
Does the folder exists on your server? Do you have permissions and ownership to write such folder and store the files there on your server?

Thanks for the anser.
The folder geurtsckpfcj01 is unknown for me. But where can i change this? Now i only have as path: phocadownload
I don't know why this full pathname is come from, or where to change it.
With "save the import" i mean when a new file is download. I click on the green button "new"
and try to save the file in the right directorie.

Hi, unfortunately I cannot say which folder structure has your server, so regarding the folder no idea? Did you set specific path to phoca download files in Options? Try to see if it is empty - check Absolute Path parameter.
