Phoca Maps 1.0.5

Hello, I'm a newbie and we need to use Joomla! 1.5 for our thesis.

I hope you can help because I'm trying to add Phoca maps 1.0.5 since the 1.1.2 version isn't working. The API is good and the map loaded but its not giving me the google search bar to place the address and the square figure at the bottom to emphasize the location (sorry I'm not sure what its exactly called). Though there is a search bar on the outer later of the map box with a botton "SET" which I tried but it only locate the address and still not saving what I did.

Hi, I think, for displaying maps, you will need the latest Joomla! 3 version and Phoca Maps 3 version, because for now Google Maps API key is needed to display the map. This feature is implemented in Phoca Maps 3.

I don't understand what you exactly mean with:
