Phoca Maps shows no map, but it shows grey field and error message

ich have Jommla 3.7.5 and Phoca Maps 3.0.4 but i have the following problem on this side:

Shown if error shows standard in Joomla: (i will disable it)

Hi, do you use component or plugin for displaying the map? If plugin, which version of plugin. I see the javascript code on your site but there is no javascript error in console

i only have installed only the Phoca Maps Plugin, i will show the maps with {phocamaps view=map|id=1}

At this time i have disabled errors in Joomla Backend to show.

ich sehe bei Dir keine PM Komponente. Das Plugin ist ja für Kartendarstellung in einem Artikel.
Es fehlen ja u.a. auch die APIs.

Hallo Christine,

das ist ja das seltsame, ich habe alles schon korrekt eingerichtet gehabt, und es lief auch schon.
Aber dann bei irgendeinem Update ist etwas passiert und seitdem geht es nicht mehr.

Die Phoca Maps Komponente habe ich installiert und kann auch drauf zugreifen, habe Karten und Marker installiert, API Key eingetragen und in einen Content eingebunden.

Das Maps Fenster wird ja auch angezeigt aber eben keine Karte... Danke.

Hallo Thomas,

Es gab mal eine Zeitspanne, wo TEs zwar das richtige PM Plugin (Paket) installiert hatten - aber dieses nochmals upgedatet worden war.
Schiebe Dir nochmals PM Plugin quasi drüber. Schaden kann es nichts - zumindest hatte dies damals geholfen.

leider nein es will einfach nicht laufen... Ich hab keine Ahnung woran es liegt, ich hab auch keine Lust alle Karten und Marker zu löschen alles deinstallieren und neu installieren...
