Hello
I have a Joomla 3.7.5 with phoca download 3.1.2 on a Windows IIS 7.0 with PHP 7.1 and i get an error while uploading, this happens only with mp3 files as i am able to upload zip, pdf, mp4, etc. attaching screenshot of the error. I believed at first it was a permissions issue, but i have all permissions allowed (if it was a permissions issue i would not be able to upload anything at all).

Hi, this seems like permission or ownership problem on temp directory on your server. This problem happens before the file will be managed by Phoca Download or Joomla!
