404 - Article not found showing list of documents

Hi, I tried to upgrade to Joomla 3.8 but I got some problems and I decided to scratch & restore the last backup of my site (www.studioballerio.eu).
Everything seemed to go well with the restore, but the site, completely based on Phoca Download, shows correctly the categories and the number of documents inside any category but when I click on one category to list the files I get a 404 - article not found. On backend I see everything absolutely perfectly, the files are in the correct directory, permission are ok ... Could it be some mysql indexes are corrupted? How could I manage without loose hundred of documents?
