Class Phoca download layout not found

Hi,
I use joomla 3.8.
I've installed the plugin for phoca download and it make troubles : i have this message "class phoca download layout not found" when i want to connect to my localhost.
Furthermore, i have "grids of errors" that happened in some menu of my administrator pages...
Someone have a solution ?

Phoca download 3.1.2
Plugin 3.1.3

ok, then update the component to current version v3.1.3
