Phoca Gallery Image Button Plugin - Assistance required

Hi,

I have the Phoca Gallery Image Button plugin on my site (frontend and backend editor), which uses the protostar template. I have a large number of categories and subcategories, and the only option i can see for adding categories to an article is to hide the categories not required. This becomes very time consuming when having to hide lots of categories.

Is there a way of having it add the selected categories rather than having to hide everything I don't need?

Apart from this one issue, I think Phoca Gallery is absolutely superb. If there was a way of fixing this, it would be an almost perfect extension.
